Profile of production

In 2004 a modern abattoir of turkeys was opened, with the capacity of slaughtering 1000 turkeys per hour. The facilities meet all the binding standards and regulations of the European Union. A significant role is played by the fact that we have a continuously developed machine pool, which contributes to increased efficiency of production, as well as shortens the time from order to the delivery of the final product. The quality of products for further processing is guaranteed thanks to the implemented and monitored HACCP system.

Production in the abattoir is based on the raw material coming from breeders which signed permanent contracts with our company and from the free market. Turkeys for slaughter come from farms located within 250 km from the abattoir and 4 special-purpose vehicles are used to transport live animals, with the total capacity of approx. 8000 turkey hens and 4000 turkey toms.

We also have on offer our own turkeys as "Indrol" has its own turkey farms. A total of 120 thousand turkey hens are produced annually on 7 farms belonging to the company. This makes it possible to control the production process from the breeding of animals to slaughter and cutting of carcasses, thus streamlining the production of the final product and ensuring it high quality.
